The upcoming operatic season of 17/18 sees Aleksander Nohr debuting Marcello in Puccini's "La Bohème" at Northern Europe's largest amphitheater, Opera Hedeland, Denmark. In the fall he will perform Aeneas in Purcell's "Dido and Aeneas" at Ringsakeroperaen, Norway. Also, Aleksander will again sing Escamillio in Bizet's "Carmen", this time at The Opera in Kristiansund In a great Norwegian production. In the spring, he will be performing Barone Douphol in Verdi's La Traviata with a great cast at Trondheim Symphony Orchestra & Opera.
Directly following the success of Aleksander Nohr's run of La Cenerentola at the Danish National Opera He will jump into a production of the same opera at The Norwegian National Opera. Director Stefan Herheim is directing a new stageing of Rossini's La Cenerentola, where Aleksander again plays Dandini. The production runs from mid january to late february 2017. Read More
